Chief Greg Suhr, a 34-year veteran of the San Francisco Police Department, will address the issues facing law enforcement today in light of recent events like those in Ferguson, New York, and Baltimore. He will discuss the six pillars essential to building and maintaining trust between law enforcement and the community served that were outlined in the recent President’s Task Force report on 21st Century Policing. Chief Suhr will speak directly to the pillars that are most critical to San Francisco.

2014-15 has been a great year for our Rotary Club.
We owe many thanks to outgoing President Laine for her excellent leadership! Watch the video for a recap of some of the highlights from this memorable year.

Our club is sponsoring the Backpack Dash, a fun and healthy event that the whole community can participate in. 100% of the proceeds will go to local community projects. We hope all club members and their friends will participate by running in the race, becoming a sponsor, making a cash donation ($40 provides one child with a new backpack containing the school supplies that they need to help them succeed), and/or helping on race day. Let's roll up our sleeves, put on our running shoes, or open our wallets to make this a huge success. Learn more on our Facebook page.

Learn about the wide range of services and products offered by your fellow Rotarians from our club and from all the clubs in our district. You'll be a more well educated consumer and a great referral source for your fellow Rotarians.
