Lynn Fraley’s professional career has been spent in health services. She has taught at the college level and addressed numerous audiences nationally, inspiring and educating them about how to live better while reducing their health risks. When employed as an RN, she worked in many different clinical areas, gaining a unique perspective about the potential an individual has for healing.  Lynn recognized early in her nursing experience the importance of being involved in one’s own health care choices.

Lynn was motivated to get her Masters in Community Mental Health Nursing at UCLA when she realized how critically related emotional health was to physical health. The focus of her dissertation research at UC Berkeley’s School of Public Health was self-care in women’s health.

Lynn is a past-president of the National Speakers Association, Northern California Chapter. She’s the vice president of theCalifornia Writers Club, Berkeley Branch, and recently served on the board of the Bay Area Independent Publishing Association. Her book on touch will be published in 2018.

Currently, Lynn serves primarily women clients as a health and lifestyle mentor, supporting them in taking action to attain theirideal level of health, energy, and vitality.

Trying to figure out exactly how to have ideal health and energy and what to do when challenges arise is a dilemma most of us face. The body always wants to heal; so let’s explore that perspective with Lynn, and discover some possible action steps we might not have considered.
