This first session of a two-part training will pr epare Rotarians to act as facilitators and leadership coaches for youth p articipants in ALPS. Rotarians will gain a foundation knowledge of the Fi ve Practices of Exemplary Leadership and how to work with young people. P art two of the training will be scheduled later based on availability. L eadership coaches will work with high school-aged youth to provide guidan ce and facilitation for a youth-led community change project.
