Rotary Club of San Francisco
The Rotary Club of San Francisco Board of Directors met on June 28, 2022 via Zoom. President Mary Liu called the meeting to order at 12:02 PM. Stacey Poole, Secretary, recorded the minutes.
 
In attendance were President Mary, President-Elect Christopher Wiseman, Gary Dales, Sunny Singh, Lisa Christian, Ed Shenkan, Brian Lan, Nancy Graydon, Jeff Lerner, Miranti Ojong, JT Forbus, and Stacey Poole, constituting a quorum. Absent was Bob Hermann. Also in attendance were incoming Board members Margaret Miley, Wendy Shew, and Frank Yoke.
 
The Board reviewed and approved the Club Minutes of the May 31, 2022 Board meeting and the May 2022 Financial Statements.
 
New Member
Vice President of Membership Nancy Graydon presented Maria Victoria Lozano for membership, and the Board approved.
 
Budget and Dues
The Board reviewed the tentative 2022-2023 budget, which is projected at a $7,000 deficit. The Board approved raising all dues rates (individuals, couples, corporate, and under 40) by $100. 

The Club meeting was adjourned at 12:48 PM.

President Mary Liu called the Board meeting to order at 12:49 PM. In attendance were President Mary, President-Elect Christopher Wiseman, Gary Dales, Sunny Singh, Lisa Christian, Ed Shenkan, Brian Lan, Nancy Graydon, Jeff Lerner, Miranti Ojong, JT Forbus, and Stacey Poole, constituting a quorum. Absent were Casey Blair and Bob Hermann. Also in attendance were incoming Trustees Margaret Miley, Wendy Shew, and Frank Yoke.
 
The Board of Trustees reviewed and approved the May 31, 2022 Service minutes presented by Secretary Stacey Poole and the May 2022 financial statements presented by Treasurer Gary Dales. 
 
2022-2023 Grant Requests
The San Francisco Rotary Foundation approved the slate of 2022-2023 grant requests as recommended by the Grants Review Committee and the Trustees of Rotary Service, Inc.
 
The meeting was adjourned at 1:20 PM.
