In times of crisis, heroes emerge. Dr. Lily Muldoon, a member of our Club and an emergency room physician, is that hero. She saw the short supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the urgent need to protect the front-line healthcare workers. Dr. Muldoon quickly put together a proposal for the following:
Our Club held its second e-meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. President Casey Blair (Financial Services: Private Trading | KCB Trading, LLC) called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m. and welcomed an audience of 120 people. In addition to our own members, there were many Rotarians from District 5150; several past District Governors including our current District Governor Sue Rokaw and incoming District Governor Mary Bates; president Phil Trompetter and members of the Modesto Rotary Club; president Jan Brown and members of the Richmond Rotary; and members of the Rotary Club of Indian Rocks Beach in Florida.
The Membership Committee announces a new educational series entitled Becoming People of Action: Learning and Growth that will be delivered online to you. The objective is to provide insight and understanding of what it means to be a Rotarian.

COUNSELING: Kevin Ringstaff is a grief recovery specialist. He has generously offered a virtual counseling session every Wednesday starting at 12 noon for anyone who would like to share what is on their mind or any loss they are experiencing. Please contact Kevin if interested.
