Rhonda announced that two valued members of the Club had recently passed away: Past President Jim Emerson (Clergy – Presbyterian; Retired) and Past President Grant Hundley (Hardware – Retail; EM Hundley Hardware). She held a moment of silence in their memory.
In accordance with our Club Bylaws, I am pleased to announce that the Board has accepted the nomination of Mark Enis (Asset Management; The Key Group) to be our newest member.

Help us make Rotary's float be the largest float in the whole parade! We need hundreds of marchers to represent Rotary and carry the more than 200 flags of the countries and geographic territories that are part of the Rotary World. Those who prefer can ride in style in a motorized cable car. All Rotarians, Interactors, and Rotaractors are invited and all are encouraged to bring family and friends for this fun event.

Help Project Homeless Connect provide comprehensive services to more than 1,000 homeless people at their 72nd Community Day of Service at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Three shifts (morning, afternoon, all day) are available. Deadline for registration is October 15.
