In accordance with our Club Bylaws, I am pleased to announce that the following is scheduled to be inducted into our Club as our newest member on June 8, 2021:
President JT Forbus called the Board meeting via Zoom to order at 4:02 p.m. on April 27, 2021. A quorum was present. Also in attendance were Lisa Christian, Ed Shenkan, Nancy Graydon, Miranti Ojong, District 5150 Past District Governor Sue Rokaw, Dan Joraanstad representing the San Francisco Rotary Foundation, and Past President Rhonda Poppen.

CLUB ADMINISTRATION
Treasurer’s Report: Gary discussed the highlights of the balance sheet and the statement of operations as of March 31, 2021 and for the nine months then ended. He also explained how to read the report to those in the audience today. The Board approved the Treasurer's Report.

Everyone is invited to the Spring Show, the annual art and design exhibition showcasing the achievements of graduating students across 22 different schools at Academy of Art University. In honor of Gay Pride Month, the Rotary Club of San Francisco will celebrate and learn from The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgences, a charity, protest, and street performance organization that uses drag and religious imagery to call attention to sexual intolerance and satirizes issues of gender and morality. During this presentation, Rotarians will have an opportunity to get to know Sister ZsaZsa Glamour and understand the services this Order provides to San Francisco and around the world. The Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting beginning at 4 PM on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 to consider the new venue for our Club's meetings, the increased costs, and the proposed dues increase. All Club members are welcome to attend.
Come and enjoy the fun at our twelfth annual Bike Build! After a year pause due to COVID, we'll be assembling 130 brand new bikes for distribution to kids in the first, second, and third grades in the Bayview area of San Francisco. Rotarians, Rotaractors, Interactors, friends, and family are all welcome. Masks are required. Gloves and hand sanitizer will be available.
Drivers needed to pick up pre-packaged meals at The Arc San Francisco and deliver to individual residences of Arc participants who are experiencing food insecurity. Exact directions will be provided when you pick up the meals. Hand delivery of meals must occur between 4 PM and 5:30 PM in advance of the Monday Night Dinner Club with Friends Like Me via Zoom to be held on the first and third Monday of each month.

Join the Rotary Club of Daly City/Colma Evening, the Rotary Club of Pacifica, and the Rotary Club of San Francisco to distribute RotaCare Northern Peninsula flyers during a drive-through food distribution hosted by Second Harvest and coordinated by the Daly City Partnership.
