NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Pursuant to Article VII, Section 4 of the Bylaws of the Rotary Club of San Francisco amended on May 19, 2020, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting beginning at 4 PM on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 via Zoom. All members are welcome and should contact Secretary Dora Dye for the Zoom link. On the agenda are discussions on the new venue for our Club's meetings, the increased costs, and the proposed dues increase. A vote will follow after the discussions.
