What is a Community Benefit District (CBD), and why are they growing in number? Randall Scott will cover why CBDs are formed, how they are formed, and what they do.

Randall has extensive experience in safety and security as well as district cleanliness. Previously, he was Director of Services at the Union Square Business Improvement District (BID) where he developed and implemented the security camera project, which has become instrumental in assisting SFPD in reducing crime. He joined the Fisherman Wharf's CBD a year ago where he continues his commitment to safety by increasing the camera program there. Randall collaborates with City agencies, partners at the Port of San Francisco, and fellow CBDs and BIDs to find solutions that better both the City of San Francisco and Fisherman’s Wharf. This speaker is part of our series of speakers on San Francisco Still Knows How.

This is a regular membership meeting of The Rotary Club of San Francisco, open to all Rotarians, visiting Rotarians, prospective members, and guests.
