Adults with developmental disabilities such as autism, Down syndrome and cerebral palsy are a growing and vital part of an inclusive workforce. Kristen Pedersen, Chief of Employment & Education Services at The Arc San Francisco, will share how The Arc SF is breaking down barriers for people with developmental disabilities through new management tools, on-site job coaching and other strategies that help businesses capitalize on this untapped resource, changing corporate culture while positively impacting the bottom line.

The mission of The Arc San Francisco is to transform the lives of adults with developmental disabilities by advancing lifelong learning, personal achievement and independence. The Rotary Club of San Francisco has long had a strong relationship with The Arc of SF, with projects including Dinner Club at The Arc and our annual Thanksgiving Luncheon at The Arc.
