SERVICE OPPORTUNITY FOR FIRST FIVE ROTARY CLUBS: Distribution of Hygiene Kits

Volunteers will be asked to load boxes containing hygiene kits into vehicles as directed by personnel from the Salvation Army and then to distribute these kits to the homeless.

You may drive your own vehicle or ride with Salvation Army personnel in their vehicle to distribute the hygiene kits to City and County of San Francisco Safe Sleeping Sites. You may enter the Safe Sleeping Sites ONLY if you wish to do so; otherwise you will hand the kits to Salvation Army personnel who will enter the Sites.

After the distribution, you will be driven back to the Salvation Army on 4th Street if you rode with Salvation Army personnel.

Each volunteer will be asked to sign a photo/video release form. All volunteers must wear a mask and be in good health. Bring your own gloves if you have some. Questions or concerns about this activity should be directed to Bob Hermann, Vice President of Community Service.
