SOCIAL EVENT: Collage and Cocktails

Join Christopher Wiseman, an active member of our Club, who will share collage — “an artwork created by pasting on a surface various materials such as magazine clippings, photographs, tickets, and other items not normally associated with each other.”  

Christopher will share how collage can be fun, relaxing and inspiring. After introductions and showing a few examples, attendees will have an opportunity to collage, have a drink together and talk over Zoom. 

Participants should have a piece of construction paper or card stock (any size will work), scissors, a glue stick and a few magazines. A+ students can pre-cut some inspiring words and photos from magazines in advance of this activity. 

Feel free to enjoy a beverage of choice during this gathering. One of Christopher’s favorite cocktails is a Gin Martini with blue cheese stuffed olives, and one of his favorite mocktails is a Lemonade Spritz. 

This activity is open to Rotarians and guests of all ages. If you join a little late, that is okay! Advanced registration required. Connection instructions will be provided to all who register.
