Join your fellow Rotarians, guests, and prospective members on Super Bowl Sunday for fun and fellowship as we watch the game together and enjoy great food. This is a family-friendly event. Our Host - The Academy of Art University -  is donating the space that includes a large screen TV, couches, and a pool table. Our Club is providing all of the paper products such as plates, cups, and napkins. The San Francisco Rotary Foundation is providing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

In addition to watching football, we will also celebrate and show appreciation to the donors of our Club's 50/50 Campaign.

Important Information
How to Participate in the Super Bowl Pool:  Buy one square or more on the board and pay here. The cost is $100 per square. If you have questions about the Pool or the rules, please contact Jim Patrick. Winners will be announced at the end of each quarter of the game.

Potluck: Each guest is requested to bring a dish (appetizer, dessert, or main dish). Each dish should feed at least six people. Stacey Poole will reach out to you approximately a week before the game to get information about the dish(es) you will be bringing to avoid duplication. There is no cooking or refrigeration available on site.

Volunteers Needed: We will need volunteers to set up pre-party; please arrive by 2:30 PM. We will also need volunteers to clean up post party. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Jim Patrick.

Logistics:  The address of the party is the Academy of Art building (School of Industrial Design), 1849 Washington Street, San Francisco, CA 94109 located between Franklin Street and Van Ness Avenue. Street parking is available at no cost, but we encourage public transportation. Doors open at 3 PM; kick-off is at 3:30 PM.

COVID-19 Protocol:  The Rotary Club of San Francisco REQUIRES all members and guests, to provide proof of vaccination and to wear a face covering mask except while eating. Children not of age to be vaccinated may attend if accompanied by a vaccinated parent or guardian.

On August 12, 2021, the City and County of San Francisco placed proof of COVID-19 vaccination on patrons entering establishments where food/beverages are served. Acceptable proofs of vaccination include the CDC vaccination card, a physical or digital copy of that card, documentation from a healthcare provider, or a personal digital COVID-19 vaccination record issued by the State of California. Businesses subject to this new requirement must cross check proof of full vaccination against each patron’s photo identification.

The Club believes that these policies are consistent with Rotary's Four-Way Test as well as with the current guidelines of the CDC and the San Francisco Department of Public Health. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
