The Arc San Francisco Friends Like Me Program now meets in person. Friends Like Me is a recreational program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at The Arc SF. One of the programs that Friends Like Me hosts is a Monday Night Supper Club which is funded by the Rotary Club of San Francisco.
Rotarians volunteer to help with meal set-up and then, sit, eat, and get to know The Arc's participants. Supper Club is a weekly event with 5-8 volunteers. The Arc will reserve the third Monday of every month (2nd Monday of the month if there is a Monday holiday) for Rotarians. If you are interested in volunteering for more nights, please contact Barbara Streett.
Come once, or make it a regular commitment. There is street parking near The Arc. There is also a parking garage near the building. The Arc is just two blocks from the Van Ness MUNI Metro Station, or you can take the MUNI 47 Van Ness or 9 San Bruno bus.
