Calling all Rotarians to help nearly 8,000 immigrants in San Mateo, San Francisco, and Marin counties apply for emergency funds during the month of June. Catholic Charities, one of our Club's corporate members, is seeking translators. The biggest need is for translators who are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Tongan, Tagalog, Spanish, or Vietnamese to assist immigrants affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Volunteering is done by phone. Rotarians set the times they are available, and they are scheduled as on-call translators for those times. Your phone number will only be shared with the staff at Catholic Charities.

To apply, please complete this volunteer application. It contains the agreement required by the State of California for the Disaster Relief Assistance for Immigrants (DRAI) and an availability calendar.
