As the Organization Development Chair for Rotary District 5150, our own President-Elect John Mathers has been working with clubs to find solutions to the key membership, governance and networking concerns that plague all Rotary Clubs in our District. As part of the District's ongoing efforts to improve, John is presenting the results of his study to clubs across the District

John is a business advisor and personal coach with eVo Associates in Sausalito, California. Over four decades, John has worked with hundreds of companies and their management teams, as well as thousands of team leaders and individual contributors. The focus of his work has been on enhancing team and individual performance, which equates to increased profitability. John has captured his experience in various industry---specific articles and two books, one about building high performance teams and the most recent on the crisis of leadership in the 21st century. Clients have included small, mid---sized and multinational companies, some of the better known being American Express, PepsiCo, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, the Federal Reserve Bank, Intel, Levi Strauss, Motorola, Nikkei, and Visa.
