Report from Dinner Club at The Arc: October 15, 2018

Monday, October 15th was yet another fine "Monday Dinner Club" evening at The Arc, as Club members Gary Keener, Tim Hornbecker, and Peter Logan joined other volunteers, staff, and – most enjoyably – the clients.

We all cooked, played games, and sat down to shared turkey, veggies, and more. We talked and listened, and helped create a couple hours of easy human connections and fun.

 

I always gain a bit more appreciation of how society can make things better when I attend an event at The Arc, whether Thanksgiving or the inspired Monday nights. Our Club's sponsorship makes it possible, so we are all contributing.
