Dr. Diane Birnbaumer will discuss the COVID vaccines and answer questions related to these vaccines. 

Dr. Birnbaumer is board certified and residency trained in both internal medicine and emergency medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and Emeritus Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA as well as a Senior Clinical Educator in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California.   

Dr. Birnbaumer has given over 2,500 lectures in her career locally, nationally, internationally and virtually. Among other honors, she has received the American College of Emergency Physicians Outstanding Speaker of the Year Award, the Outstanding Contribution to Education Award, and the Lifetime Education Award at Harbor-UCLA’s Department of Emergency Medicine.

This is a regular membership meeting of The Rotary Club of San Francisco, open to all Rotarians, visiting Rotarians, prospective members, and guests.
